In distant lands, a gaze stalks the world, a strong, feminine and intense gaze.

Among forgotten ruins and historical constructions, it emerges stealthily, powerful and strong. She seeks to hypnotise any living being that crosses her path with the glow that emerges from within her.

Venomous, shrewd, intelligent, passionate, she transforms herself from snake into woman and vice versa, watching every prey. It slithers stealthily in the sand and emerges from it as the most beautiful lady, trapping its prey with its hypnotising dance.

Design process

The design is made with 7 images and in 13 layers.

I used a universe image for the background, arranged it in two layers and changed the colour of one of them in Image-Tone-Saturation.

Then I worked on the image of the Indian buildings in three layers with fusions of darker colour, soft light and colour. Then I interleaved them in the animation.

On top of the previous ones I put the image of the woman focusing her eyes in three layers, two of them erasing the background and leaving only the eyes. The fusions used were focal light, brighten and normal.

In the centre of the design and the woman's eyes I placed the cobra in two layers with linear sub exposure and intense light.

I used the image of the snake's face in two layers with fusions of focal light and soft light.

On one side of the design I placed the eye of the snake in bright colours, leaving the woman's eye on the other side and placed the focal light fusion.

Finally I used the image of the galaxy over the snake eye with a lighter colour fusion.

The animation is done completely in After Effects, working on the opacity of each layer and adding lights in the form of clouds for better contrast.

En tierras lejanas, una mirada acecha al mundo, una mirada fuerte, femenina e intensa.

Entre ruinas olvidadas y construcciones históricas, surge sigilosa poderosa y fuerte. Busca como ese brillo que emerge de su interior hipnotizar a cualquier ser vivo que se cruce en su camino.

Venenosa, sagaz, inteligente, pasional se transforma de serpiente en mujer y a la inversa, pendiente de cada presa. Se desliza sigilosa en la arena y resurge de ella como la más bella dama y a su presa atrapa con su baile hipnotizante.

Proceso del diseño

El diseño está realizado con 7 imágenes y en 13 capas.

Usé una imagen de universo para el fondo, la dispuse en dos capas y a una le cambié el color en Imagen-Tono-Saturación.

Luego trabaje la imagen de las edificaciones indias en tres capas con fusiones color más oscuro, luz suave y color. Luego las intercalé en la animación.

Sobre los anterior puse la imagen de la mujer enfocando sus ojos en tres capas, dos de ellas borrando el fondo y dejando solo los ojos. Las fusiones usadas fueron luz focal, aclarar y normal.

En en centro del diseño y de los ojos de la mujer coloqué la cobra en dos capas con fusiones sub exposición lineal y luz intensa.

Usé la imagen del rostro de la serpiente en dos capas con fusiones luz focal y luz suave.

A un lado del diseño puse el ojo de serpiente de colores llamativos dejando del otro el ojo de la mujer y le coloqué la fusión luz focal.

Por último utilicé la imagen de la galaxia sobre el ojo de la serpiente con fusión color más claro.

La animación esta realizada completamente en After Effects, trabajando la opacidad de cada capa y agregando luces en forma de nubes para un mejor contraste.
