Con mucho cariño les traigo este maravilloso resumen de todo mi día de entrenamiento del día sábado 7 de octubre donde puede hacer diversas combinaciones de dinámicos donde puede traerles distintos combos de mis compañeros de entrenamiento mostrándoles nuestro potencial como y equipo de #SWC y llevando el Street Workout a otro nivel hubo mucha motivación en la casa de mi compañero de entrenamiento @ashura-sw gracias a él y al apoyo de todos mis compañeros de entrenamiento les traje este tipo de motivación.

Este día puede practicar distintas combinaciones dinámico, intente sacar algunas combinaciones nuevas por el hecho de que me estoy preparando para distintas competencias que vendrán este año, me gustaría seguir mejorando subiendo de nivel para poder dar lo mejor de mí.

With much affection I bring you this wonderful summary of my whole training day on Saturday October 7th where you can do different combinations of dynamics where you can bring you different combos of my training partners showing you our potential as and #SWC team and taking Street Workout to another level there was a lot of motivation in the house of my training partner @ashura-sw thanks to him and the support of all my training partners I brought you this kind of motivation.

This day you can practice different dynamic combinations, try to get some new combinations because I'm preparing for different competitions coming up this year, I would like to keep improving and leveling up to be able to give my best.

Tenía tiempo sin traerles este tipo, me sorprende todo lo que he avanzado en tan poco tiempo cuando llegue nuevo a Maracay no le tenía confianza a la barra y en estos últimos días pude acostumbrarme y a tener mayor confianza poder traerle este tipo de contenido, espero que les guste y les llenes de mucha motivación
