    Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community espero esten super bien, se que no he estado muy activo y bueno, hoy queria compartirles mi progreso, la verdad estoy mejorando mucho por la memoria muscular pero sin embargo es un poco desmotivante ver como se bajan la repeticiones o resistencia, sin embargo vamos con todo y mejorando cada dia.
    Hello to all friends of Street Workout Community I hope you are doing well, I know I have not been very active and well, today I wanted to share with you my progress, the truth is that I am improving a lot because of my muscle memory but nevertheless it is a bit demotivating to see how the repetitions or resistance are decreasing, however we are doing our best and improving every day.

    Primero comenzando metiendo mucho peso o el peso maximo que actualmente podemos cargar que son 65 y haremos rango de fuerza que serian de 5 a 6 repeticiones, lo haremos de primero ya que si lo hacemos despues no rendiremos tanto con el peso.
    First we start by putting in a lot of weight or the maximum weight we can currently carry which is 65 and we will do a range of strength which would be 5 to 6 repetitions, we will do this first as if we do it later we will not perform as well with the weight.

    En este ejercicio lo que haremos es hacer 5 repeticiones y aguantar 5 en la parte final del ejercicio, esto lo haremos para que nuestro cuerpo trabaje con isometria y tambien para ganar resistencia ya que haremos mas repeticiones pero tambien le pondremos un tiempo largo bajo tension.
    In this exercise what we will do is to do 5 repetitions and hold 5 in the final part of the exercise, we will do this so that our body works with isometry and also to gain resistance since we will do more repetitions but we will also put a long time under tension.

    aqui haremos las tradicionales parada de mano con repeticiones con la diferencia de que la intentarmeos hacer lo mas recto posible para trabajar mas el deltoide medial y tambien involucrar un poco la espalda y trapecio.
    Here we will do the traditional handstand with repetitions with the difference that we will try to do it as straight as possible to work the medial deltoid and also involve the back and trapezius a little bit.

    aqui lo que haremos es terminar de cansarnos y trabajar al fallo con 10 repeticiones de press militar con 30 kl los cuales son un peso que podemos dominar pero que sin embargo nos mantiene un reto para llegar a las 10 repeticiones.
    Here what we will do is finish tiring ourselves out and work to failure with 10 reps of military press with 30kg which is a weight we can master but which nevertheless keeps us challenged to get to 10 reps.
