    ¿Que tal atletas y compañeros de SWC?,soy @blas-training de nuevo en la comunidad ,trayendoles nuevamente mi rutina de empuje que hice esta semana es parte del ciclo que estoy haciendo actualmente para mejorar el cual consiste en cada semana ir aumentando peso o reps de tal manera cada semana puedo subir el peso o en cambio poner unpeso estandar que pueda manejar y hacer un super set o wod,el punto de todo esto es variar un poco las rutinas y evitar una sobrecarga evidentemente ya la proxima sera semana de descarga en la cual bajare la intensidad de los entrenamientos durante toda la proxima semana ,para asi poder recuperarme completamente y poder volver todavia mejor a las rutinas fuertes,a continuacion en el post les dejare los ejercicios con los pesos que use y la rutina completa.

I'm @blas-training back in the community, bringing you again my push routine I did this week is part of the cycle I'm currently doing to improve which consists of each week go increasing weight or reps so that each week I can raise the weight or instead put a standard weight that can handle and make a super set or wod, the point of all this is to vary a little the routines and avoid an overload evidently already the next one will be week of unloading in which I will lower the intensity of the trainings during the whole next week, to be able to recover completely and to be able to return still better to the strong routines, next in the post I will leave you the exercises with the weights that I use and the complete routine.

    La verdad es que esta rutina que hice me gusto mucho es bueno intentar combinar la fuerza resistencia en una sola rutina,vuelve el entrenamiento mas pesado pero mas intenso y funcional a la hora de ganancias de fuerza y resistencia,bueno chicos este fue mi post de hoy espero les haya gustado proximamente mas rutinas de mis entrenos diarios .
    The truth is that I really liked this routine I did, it's good to try to combine strength endurance in one routine, it makes the training heavier but more intense and functional when it comes to strength and endurance gains, well guys this was my post today I hope you liked it soon more routines of my daily workouts.
