Hola amigos espero les mando un saludo, hoy quiero mostrarle un poco sobre lo que es el ejemplo y la influencia en nuestros hijos, definitivamente mi vida cambió al llegar Christopher a mi mundo, es algo que jamás pensé experimentar, o cierto es que el y Ema son mi inspiración a mejorar obsesivamente cada día, desde que nació siempre nos vió a su mamá y a mi, entrenar en casa cuando se despertaba y hasta nos copiaba los movimientos y eso me encantaba y entendí que era una influencia gigante en el, luego conoció la Televisión y después Youtube y cuando le roba el Telefono a su mami, graba lo que pueda, como si estuviera en su canal y a veces nos grabamos jugando o le digo que tengo una idea para grabarla juntos y se emociona mucho 😁

Ese día lo invité a hacer ejercicios conmigo, porque estaba muy sedentario, no quería, pero lo convencí grabando un video y nos divertimos mucho, de hecho terminamos entrenando juntos y entendí que somos la mayor influencia en ellos y su ejemplo a seguir y en otras ocasiones puede tener otras influencias externas que hay que estar siempre atentos, no todo es bonito y color de rosa, pero si lo preparamos para lo bueno y lo malo, lo cierto es que se emociona y hasta no ver el video editado no se queda tranquilo, hasta que grabamos otro video y siempre en movimiento, todas las tardes jugamos beisbol por el campeonato mundial de la casa🤣 para 5 carreras y no le gusta perder, se molesta, se frustra y llora, pero se divierte un mundo, en el 2024 la meta es que ya esé en un equipo y drene esa energía, aparte de compartir con otros niños deporte, que siempre nos dejan valores y enseñanzas valiosas para la vida, yo agradezco día a día ver a mis hijos conmigo y sobretodo que les guste el ejercicio, porque eso es salud, yo cuando era niño no me gustaba hacer ejercicio, no tenía referencias, pero el si la tiene y eso es ganancia, espero que saquem un tiempo para esa pequeña influencia positiva en los suyos 😃🙏
