    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes espero estén muy bien todos, hoy les quiero compartir uno de mis formatos para entrenar favoritos y es el EMOM, si no lo conoces te cuento, es un protocolo del Crossfit donde se trabaja 1 o varios ejercicios con bajas repeticiones y tienes 1 minuto para hacer las repeticiones, si culminas todo en unos 40 segundos, tienes 20 segundos de descanso para volver a iniciar el siguiente emom y puedes hacerlo hasta el Fallo, que la fatiga no te deje seguir o establecer un numero de EMOM, en esta ocasión voy a realizar 20 EMOM, son 20 minutos en total🔥🙌

    Estos 20 Emom van a tener 3 tipos de ejercicios son 5 Sentadillas, 6 Zancadas y 5 Burpees estos movimientos debes hacerlos en menos del minuto, tienes 2 opciones para hacer los 3 ejercicios, Básico y Avanzado, tu elijes como hacerlo y luego completar los 20 EMOM, son 20 minutos con sus intervalos de descanso según la intensidad que le pongas, siempre a tu ritmo💪 pero dando el 100% en cada emom hasta completarlo ok? Así que vamos a darle con todo con este entrenamiento🔥💪

    These 20 Emom are going to have 3 types of exercises are 5 Squats, 6 Strides and 5 Burpees these movements you must do them in less than a minute, you have 2 options to do the 3 exercises, Basic and Advanced, you choose how to do it and then complete the 20 EMOM, they are 20 minutes with their rest intervals according to the intensity you put it, always at your pace💪 but giving 100% in each emom until you complete it ok?
