    Feliz inicio del fin de semana a mis amigos de @fulldeportes, paso por acá a dejarle una de las rutinas más exigentes que he podido hacer, con el formato de AMRAP (Por sus siglas en ingles) “as many repetitions as possible” tendrás un tiempo establecido para realizar la mayor cantidad de movimientos, repeticiones posibles dentro de ese tiempo, en esta ocasión son 30 minutos establecidos y tienes 6 Ejercicios en total, la idea es que al completar los 6 ejercicios ya terminaste 1 Ronda, puedes tomar un descanso de 30 segundos y empezar nuevamente la ronda y así repites hasta completar los 30 minutos💪

    Algunos consejos que te ayudarán con esta rutina, lo principal es tener una lista con los ejercicios anotados, para que sepas cual es el siguiente, si eres como yo, que en medio de la rutina te olvidas, usa una pizarra o una hoja para saber las repeticiones y el ejercicio que te toca 💪 otra cosa bien importante es tener listo tu cronometro para parar al mimuto 30:00 y así no hacer trampas 😏 y no olvides tu agua para hidratarte, si sientes que debes beber, es un pequeño sorbo y listo

    Some tips that will help you with this routine, the main thing is to have a list with the exercises written down, so you know which is the next one, if you are like me, that in the middle of the routine you forget, use a blackboard or a sheet to know the repetitions and the exercise that you have 💪 another important thing is to have your stopwatch ready to stop at 30:00 minutes and so you do not cheat 😏 and do not forget your water to hydrate, if you feel you must drink, it is a small sip and that's it.
