Nice to greet you again Hive Open Mic community. Together with my husband @armandolnrs we are very happy to participate in the theme 105, courtesy of dear friend @mipiano. This week's theme is beautiful and with much affection we want to dedicate it to God also because it is the Greatest Week.
The song that I present to you today is called ¿De Qué Color Es La Piel De Dios, and of course its lyrics indicate a very important message of peace and equality. It is incredible how in the year 2022 there are still many people who look not only at the color of the skin but any characteristic to differentiate one person from another. I believe that we humans are already evolved enough to understand and practice peace, but as long as there are those small groups with hate in their hearts we have the duty to keep praying and invoking the world we long for.
This fun song is known by the Mexican duo Carmela and Rafael and was published in 1980, however it is a Spanish version of a song from the musical "Up With People", composed by Thomas Wilkes and David Steevenson. Our video was shot with a Yezz 1 Max Plus and edited with Vimady. A thousand thanks to all of you who always support our content. We love you, God Bless and see you next week.

¡Gusto en saludarles de nuevo comunidad de Hive Open Mic!. Junto a mi esposo @armandolnrs no encontramos muy felices de participar en la temática 105, cortesía de la querida amiga @mipiano. El tema de esta semana es hermoso y con mucho cariño queremos dedicarlo a Dios también por ser la Semana Mayor.
La canción que hoy les presento se llama ¿De Qué Color Es La Piel De Dios?, y por supuesto su letra nos indica un mensaje muy importante de paz e igualdad. Es increíble como en el año 2022 todavía existe mucha gente que se fija no solo en el color de la piel sino en cualquier característica para diferenciar a una persona de otra. Creo que los humanos ya estamos suficientemente evolucionados como para entender y practicar la paz, pero mientras existan esos pequeños grupos con odio en su corazón tenemos el deber de seguir orando e invocando el mundo que anhelamos.
Esta divertida canción la conocemos por el dúo mexicano Carmela y Rafael y la publicaron en 1980, sin embargo es una versión en español de una canción del musical "Up With People", compuesta por Thomas Wilkes y David Steevenson.
