Saludos a la comunidad @fulldeportes. La mancuerna que utilizo es acuerdo a mi peso y a lo que deseo trabjar, la verdad existen pesos mayores y menores, así que pueden realizarlo sin problema siempre y cuando realicen el movimiento de manera correcta... Buena suerte😁
