    Saludos cordiales a todos de la comunidad de SWC, cómo saben hoy deseo compartirles algunas rutinas que realizo para mejorar mi empuje tanto resistencia como fuerza, esta rutina consta de 6 ejercicios para trabajar triceps, hombros, trapecio y pecho. Espero les agrade y disfruten 😎.
    Warm greetings to all of the SWC community, as you know today I want to share with you some routines that I do to improve my push both endurance and strength, this routine consists of 6 exercises to work triceps, shoulders, trapezius and chest. I hope you like it and enjoy it 😎.

    Bueno atletas, culminado este set de entrenamiento podemos tomar un descanso de 2 a 3min y repetir nuevamente el ejercicio si se sienten tranquilos pueden reducirle el tiempo a 1min y seguir con la rutina por un total de 4 series. Con estos ejercicios de básicos verán como su progresión irá avanzando poco a poco. Nos vemos hasta la próxima😉.
