    Hola hola mis amigos de la comunidad full deportes , hoy en mi día 6 del reto full semana deseo compartir con ustedes un circuito lineal que decidí realizar en el pasillo de mi casa que aunque es un poco estrecho se ajusto a este circuito lineal, me apoye con una tiras de papel que pegue en el piso para jugar un poco con la diversidad de ejercicios que se puede realizar con este sencillo material

    Con los ejercicios realizados trabaje todo el cuerpo ya que fueron ejercicios de alto impacto es decir ejercicios con saltos incorporados, este circuito lo recomiendo para personas de cualquier edad siempre y cuando no presenten lesiones a nivel de las rodillas, tobillos o incluso molestias en la columna y cervical

    En total se llevaron a cabo 12 ejercicios sumamente sencillos para completar el circuito y por cada ejercicio se tomaba un corto descanso de 30 segundos, ejercicios tales como trote sencillo, salto con ambas piernas cuidando no tocar las líneas de papel colocadas en el piso, el siguiente ejercicio será tocar las líneas de papel colocadas en el piso con una mano y con la otra, saltos con una pierna sin tocar las líneas , avanzar dos líneas y retroceder una línea, tocar una línea con ambas manos y realizar salto en la siguiente línea , samba tanto de ida como de retorno, salto con desplazamiento y sentadilla, zancadas laterales con desplazamiento, saltos unipodales con levantamiento del brazo contrario, repiqueteo con carrera hasta la línea final, y zancadas frontales con desplazamiento.
