With the exercises carried out, work the whole body since they were high-impact exercises, that is, exercises with incorporated jumps, I recommend this circuit for people of any age as long as they do not present injuries at the level of the knees, ankles or even discomfort in the spine. and cervical
In total, 12 extremely simple exercises were carried out to complete the circuit and for each exercise a short break of 30 seconds was taken, exercises such as easy jogging, jumping with both legs, taking care not to touch the lines of paper placed on the floor, the next exercise will be touching the lines of paper placed on the floor with one hand and with the other, jumping with one leg without touching the lines, moving forward two lines and going back one line, touching a line with both hands and jumping on the next line , samba both to and fro, jump with displacement and squat, lateral lunges with displacement, single leg jumps with raise of the opposite arm, clatter with run to the finish line, and front lunges with displacement.
