    ㅤSaludos amigos y amigas de Street Workout Community. Estamos en la segunda parte dónde realizaremos ejercicios de resistencia para obtener mayor fuerza al realizar dominadas en una barra fija, esto nos permitirá a desarrollar mayor capacidad en el jale y empuje en caso de realizar distintas variaciones en ello.


    Estaremos trabajando de 4 ejercicios base que me aportan mucho en mi entrenamiento diario para ir mejorando. Igualmente les traeré un segundo circuito para compartir con todos y puedan mejorar en su rendimiento corporal. Vamos!

    ㅤVamos a comenzar un circuito dónde evitaremos bajarnos de la barra. Empezaremos con la Muscle up, seguido de las Bar dips allí mismo, luego pasamos a las dominadas y culminaremos con un máximo aguante para darle fin a la serie. Esto recomiendo realizarlo unas 3-4 series para así irnos a otro ejercicio ya sea de abdominales para trabajarlo igualmente en las barras. Buena suerte!
