Creative Sunday,my worship by wallay

Hello again Hive Learners community! I'm thrilled to be back for the first Creative Sunday of the new year. As a worship leader and singer, these creative Sundays are always a highlight for me. I'm honored to start 2024 off by sharing a new worship song with you all.

Given everything going on in the world lately, I think praise is needed now more than ever. No matter how dark and uncertain things may seem, worship redirects our focus back to the unshakable light and hope we have in God.

Music has an incredible power to lift our eyes from the storms of life to the One who calms those storms with just a word. My prayer through this song is that your spirit will be reminded of His peace that surpasses understanding.

I specifically wanted to kick off the year honoring God for sustaining us and our loved ones to see 2024. Whether or not we realized it, He carried us safely through all of last year's ups and downs. For that faithfulness alone, He is so worthy of our praise.

My hope is that the lyrics and melody fill you with gratitude and joy as you reflect on God's goodness in your own life. He blessed us with the gift of this new year. Let's not take a single day for granted.

Of course we don't know exactly what twists and turns are in store over the next 12 months. But we can choose to face the unknown with boldness rather than fear, knowing our God reigns supremely over all.

Though Creative Sundays center around our own creative gifts, everything we offer back to our Creator pales in comparison to His glory. I pray this song reflects even just a small fraction of His greatness.

Whether through singing, writing, painting or any artistic outlet, let's keep shining our gifts like beams pointing right back to the Ultimate Light. Our talents exist for His purpose.

¡Hola de nuevo, comunidad de Hive Learners! Estoy encantado de estar de regreso para el primer domingo creativo del nuevo año. Como líder de adoración y cantante, estos domingos creativos siempre son lo más destacado para mí. Es un honor para mí comenzar el 2024 compartiendo una nueva canción de adoración con todos ustedes. Teniendo en cuenta todo lo que está sucediendo en el mundo últimamente, creo que ahora más que nunca se necesitan elogios. No importa cuán oscuras e inciertas puedan parecer las cosas, la adoración redirige nuestro enfoque hacia la luz inquebrantable y la esperanza que tenemos en Dios. La música tiene un poder increíble para levantar nuestra mirada de las tormentas de la vida hacia Aquel que calma esas tormentas con solo una palabra. Mi oración a través de esta canción es que tu espíritu recuerde Su paz que sobrepasa el entendimiento. Específicamente quería comenzar el año honrando a Dios por sostenernos a nosotros y a nuestros seres queridos hasta el año 2024. Nos demos cuenta o no, Él nos llevó a salvo a través de todos los altibajos del año pasado. Sólo por esa fidelidad, Él es tan digno de nuestra alabanza. Mi esperanza es que la letra y la melodía te llenen de gratitud y alegría mientras reflexionas sobre la bondad de Dios en tu propia vida. Nos bendijo con el regalo de este nuevo año. No demos por sentado ni un solo día. Por supuesto, no sabemos exactamente qué giros y vueltas nos esperan durante los próximos 12 meses. Pero podemos optar por enfrentar lo desconocido con audacia en lugar de miedo, sabiendo que nuestro Dios reina sobre todo. Aunque los domingos creativos se centran en nuestros propios dones creativos, todo lo que ofrecemos a nuestro Creador palidece en comparación con Su gloria. Oro para que esta canción refleje aunque sea una pequeña fracción de Su grandeza. Ya sea cantando, escribiendo, pintando o cualquier salida artística, sigamos haciendo brillar nuestros dones como rayos que apuntan directamente a la Luz Suprema. Nuestros talentos existen para Su propósito.
