Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you the first episode of a series of routines composed of 3 videos to start training the Full Planche.
La Full Planche es un ejercicio estático muy difícil al que todos algunas vez deseamos tener. Éste vídeo es el primero de tres rutinas concentradas en fortalecer nuestros hombros, dorsales y mejorar la postura.
Yo aún no me doy el lujo de dominar la Full Planche así que también son rutinas que estaré usando para conseguir la tan anhelada Full. Espero se animen a intentar éstas rutinas y sobretodo que les sirva.
El único requisito para ésta rutina es tener una Straddle Planche de al menos 3 segundos. La idea principal de ésta primera rutina es fortalecerla al máximo para luego dedicarnos a la Full.
The Full Planche is a very difficult static exercise that we all sometimes wish we had. This video is the first of three routines focused on strengthening our shoulders, lats and improving posture.
I still don't have the luxury of mastering the Full Planche so these are also routines that I will be using to achieve the so longed Full. I hope you are encouraged to try these routines and above all that it helps you.
The only requirement for this routine is to have a Straddle Planche of at least 3 seconds. The main idea of this first routine is to strengthen it as much as possible and then move on to the Full.
