          ¡Hola a Todos! Hoy les comparto mi Rutina Actual de Isquiotibiales, este grupo muscular tiene como función Extender la cadera y realizar la Flexión de Rodilla, asi que hay que realizar ejercicios de Alargamiento y Acortamiento.

          Mis ejercicios favoritos son el Peso Muerto con Piernas Semi Rígidas (SLDL) y el Curl de Femoral Sentado. Es muy importante realizar todos los ejercicios con una buena técnica y con distintas variaciones, para mejorar la estética y fortalecerlos. Los invito a ver esta rutina 🥰
