Tú has venido a la orilla,
No has buscado ni a sabios ni a ricos.
Tan sólo quieres que yo te siga.
Señor, me has mirado a los ojos,
Sonriendo has dicho mi nombre.
En la arena he dejado mi barca:
Junto a Ti buscaré otro mar.
You have come to the shore,
Thou hast sought neither wise nor rich.
You only want me to follow you.
Lord, you have looked into my eyes,
Smiling, you have called my name.
On the sand I have left my boat:
With Thee I will seek another sea.
You need my hands,
My weariness that others may rest,
Love that I want to keep on loving.
You know well what I want,
In my boat there are no golds or swords,
Only nets and my work.
You, fisherman of other lakes,
Eternal longing of waiting souls.
Good friend, that's what you call me.
Fisherman of men as it was said at the beginning, alludes to the reading where Jesus tells Peter "I will make you a fisherman of men" and Peter begins on that path for his complete conversion, a beautiful theme that leads us to that precious encounter with the Lord, that look of love, that stripping of all our goods and our being to follow him, we leave our boat that represents our comforts, our advantages, our self, He does not look for the most prepared, nor wise, nor rich, nor talented, He looks for each one of us with our weaknesses, for love, because He is able to train us to the maximum to be the best, we hope that this cover will be liked by many and they can say with us "Together with you, I will look for another sea" with much love Sam&Andy"..
