    Querida comunidad, ayer inicié en el gimnasio, viendo clases virtuales, así que hoy les traigo la clase de Spinning que grabé un poco para compartilo con ustedes

    Decidí practicar spinning ya que aporta muchos beneficios tales como;

    • Musculares: Fortalecen nuestro tren inferior, cudriceps, glúteo mayor, isquiotibiales, triceps sural
    • Corazón: Con este ejercicio, fortalecemos nuestro corazón perdiendo gran parte de la grasa que lo rodea
    • Contra el estrés: Debido a la liberación de endorfinas, mejorando el estado de ánimo y combatiendo el estrés y la depresión. Además, aumenta la secreción de glucocorticoides, mejoran la tolerancia al estrés físico y psíquico.
    • Beneficia la capacidad tanto aeróbica como anaeróbica

    Y mi parte favorita de todos los beneficios es:

    • Beneficios contra el envejecimiento: Con el spinning mantenemos las células de nuestro cuerpo en constante funcionamiento. Además, de favorecer al intercambio de líquidos, haciendo que la piel se vea tersa, hidratada y elástica

    Este ejercicio cuenta con altas intensidades,se realiza sobre una bicicleta estática al ritmo de la música, realizando de esta forma un trabajo muscular
