A very loving client commissioned me a painting of her dog. It's name is Rocco and he is beautiful, very photogenic and with a lot of personality, the camera loves him!

Una cliente muy amorosa con su perrito me encargó un cuadro de su mascota. Se llama Rocco y es precioso, muy fotogénico y con mucha personalidad. ¡La cámara lo ama!

This was the initial reference photo for the painting. On the condition that it was very colorful and highlighted the blue to paint Rocco.

Esta fue la foto inicial de referencia para el cuadro. Con la condición de que fuese muy colorido y resaltara el azul para pintar a Rocco.

I started the sketch on the large canvas, its dimensions were 60x80 cm.

Inicié el boceto en el gran lienzo, sus medidas eran de 60x80 cm.

I applied base colors to eventually put in a lot of hair details.

Apliqué colores de base para eventualmente colocarle muchos detalles del cabello.

I combined cold and warm colors.

Combiné colores fríos y cálidos.

Little by little I added details... A LOT of details...

Poco a poco agregué detalles... MUCHOS detalles...

Basically it was painting a lot of lines to create the effect of Rocco's hair.

Básicamente fue pintar muchas líneas para crear el efecto del cabello de Rocco.

Until it was ready, with lots of hair and super colorful.

Hasta que quedó listo, con mucho cabello y súper colorido.

My client was very happy when she saw the final result and reached for the painting. She was ready to show the painting to Rocco to pose with him and to hang it in the dining room of her new home.

Mi clienta estuvo muy feliz cuando vio el resultado final y buscó el cuadro. Estaba lista para enseñarle la pintura a Rocco para que posara con él y para colgarlo en el comedor de su nuevo hogar.

Rocco was also happy and had a little photo session with the picture made in his honor. No doubt he is a very loved doggy ❤️

Rocco también estaba feliz y se hizo una pequeña sesión de fotos con el cuadro realizado en su honor. Sin dudas es un perrito muy amado ❤️
