Debido a que el método de entrenamiento esta basado en un circuito, mas que un descanso es una breve pausa entre cada ejercicio, no mas de 15 segundos para no perder el estímulo del músculo tan pronto. Una vez finalizada las 6 variantes de flexiones, pueden descansar 3 minutos, para repetirlo nuevamente. En total pueden hacer 3 series. ¡VAMOS!
