    SWC en la rutina de hoy vengo a traerles 5 ejercicios de hale para que si eres un atleta principiante puedas aumentar tu fuerza fácilmente, ademàs de aumentar tu espalda y ayudarte a definirla.

    SWC community in today's routine I come to bring you 5 hale exercises so that if you are a beginner athlete you can easily increase your strength, as well as increase your back and help define it.

    Explicacion.
    • Esta fue la rutina de hoy, esta conformada por 5 ejercicios bàsicos de hale, para que entrenen y fortalezcan su espalda.

    • Si los ejercicios te cuestan realizarlos puedes pedirle ayuda a un compañero para que te asista o bajarle el nivel de dificultad.

    • 1 Minuto de descanso entre ejercicios.

    • Antes de realizar esta rutina hagan un poco de acondicionamiento muscular (calentamiento) antes y después de el entrenamiento, para que eviten futuras lesiones o posiblemente algún dolor muscular al realizar el ejercicio.
    Explanation.

    • This was today's routine , it is made up of 5 basic hale exercises to train and strengthen your back.

    • If the exercises are difficult to perform, you can ask a partner to assist you or lower the level of difficulty.

    • 1 minute rest between exercises.

    • Before performing this routine do some muscle conditioning (warm-up) before and after the workout, to avoid future injuries or possibly some muscle soreness while exercising.

    3.- Pull Up Australianas Abiertas.

    20 reps. x4 series.

    4.- Dominadas Shin Ups.

    10 reps. x4 series.

    5.- Dominadas Neutras

    12 reps. x4 series.
