Happy start of the week, Hive Open Mic family! It is with great affection to you that I join week 171 to express my musical art and enjoy the good vibes of all of you. This week's theme is "Divorce/Separation". It is a fact that the dissolutions of love relationships are becoming more and more common in today's society, due to a lack of communication; I believe that differences can be solved by putting aside selfishness if they really want to continue, otherwise everyone is free to go their own way in peace and they should be free to follow their paths in peace and harmony.

With this in mind, today I would like to share with you the song Torn, originally interpreted by the Australian pop singer Natalie Imbruglia, from the album Left of the Middle, released in 1997. The lyrics talk about how many times love relationships change as the years go by and there comes a point where the magic that once existed disappears, leaving wounds in the heart and an imminent separation.

¡Feliz inicio de semana, familia de Hive Open Mic! Me dirijo a ustedes con mucho cariño en la semana 171 para expresar mi arte musical y así mismo poder disfrutar de la buena vibra de todos ustedes. La temática de esta semana es “Divorcio/Separación”. Es un hecho que la disoluciones de las relaciones amorosas son cada vez más comunes en la sociedad actual, debido a que falta mucha comunicación; considero que las diferencias se pueden resolver dejando de lado los egoísmos si es que se desea realmente continuar, si no cada quien es libre de seguir su camino en paz y armonía.

A propósito de esta temática hoy les quiero compartir la canción Torn, interpretada originalmente por la cantante de pop australiana Natalie Imbruglia, perteneciente al Álbum Left of the Middle, publicado en 1997. La letra nos habla de cómo muchas veces las relaciones amorosas cambian con el pasar de los años y llega un punto en que la magia que una vez existió desaparece, dejando heridas en el corazón y una inminente separación.
