Hola amigos de la comunidad espero que esten muuy bien! Despues de tanto me pude lograr tomar el tiempo de subir un post ya que por cosas personales y ocupaciones del colegio no me alcanzaba el tiempo. Hoy vengo a traerles una rutina que grabe en el parque fortaleciendo mi nivel de jale! Esta rutina me a ayudado muchisimo a dominar mi propio peso ya que el jale te ayuda a controlar todo tu cuerpo. Tambien me ayudo a ganar muchisima fuerzas en los brazos son solamente seis ejercicios cortos pero la verdad ayudan de mucho, Sin mas que decirles espero que les guste.. vamos!ππͺ
