    First of all, greetings to all of you, especially to the Full Deportes community. Over here roadstories making their first post of routine at home.

    In recent months I have been training at the gym, all for the welfare of my body and a necessary change in my life. Many times we have said that the gym is a different space than just transforming our bodies, and it is so, we also transform our minds.

    And that is why it is also important to bring this peace at home, at the same time that we train or maintain our body.

    Wake up, say thank you, have breakfast and train a little. That's been my daily routine for a while now, and I can tell you that it's something magnificent because you feel empowered for the rest of the day.

    At home I usually do simple but precise exercises. In this video you will see that I do crunches with short movements, not complete, because it is advisable not to force us the first few days, and also because deep crunches usually cause very painful cramps. At the same time I also did crunches with crossed leg raises.

    Then you will see some push-ups, in which I don't leave the body straight as it is usually done, but as I go up I make an arc shape with the trunk of my body to give more depth and difficulty to the exercise. And finally I do planks while I press my whole abdomen for 1 minute followed by push-ups.

    Chest push-ups x12 or eight at least.

    These two circuits of exercises I do in the mornings, and in total are 3 laps.

    En estos últimos meses he estado entrenando en el gimnasio, todo por el bienestar de mi cuerpo y un cambio necesario en mi vida. Muchas veces hemos dicho que el gym es un espacio distinto a solo transformar nuestros cuerpos, y es así, también transformamos nuestras mentes.

    Y es por eso que es importante también llevar esta paz al hogar, a su vez que entrenamos o mantenemos nuestro cuerpo.

    Despertar, agradecer, desayunar y entrenar un poco. Esa es mi rutina diaria desde un tiempo para acá, y les puedo decir que es algo magnificó porque te sientes repotenciado el resto del dia.

    En casa suelo hacer ejercicios sencillos pero precisos. En este video veran que hago abdominales con movimientos cortos, no completos, ya que lo recomendable es no forzarnos los primeros dias, y tambien porque las abdominales profundas suelen causar calambres muy dolorosos. A su vez también hice abdominales con elevaciones cruzadas de piernas.

    Luego verán un poco de flexiones de pecho, en la que no dejo el cuerpo recto como se suele hacer, sino que al subir hago una forma de arco con el tronco de mi cuerpo para dar mas profundidad y dificultad al ejercicio. Y para finalizar hago planchas mientras hago presion en todo mi abdomen por 1 minuto seguido de las flexiones de pecho.

    Plancha (apretando abdomen) x 1 minuto.

    Estos dos circuitos de ejercicios lo hago en las mañanas, y en total son 3 vueltas.
