I have been participating for three weeks in a row and I hope to continue doing so. The truth is that I was surprised when I read this week's theme, "Be Okay." Not a single song came to mind, but just in the morning my mom was listening to the radio and she played one of those songs that she used to listen to when she was a kid with my dad. So I decided to search my old man's CD collection and I found it.

Ya son tres semanas seguidas participando y espero seguir haciéndolo. La verdad es que me quedé sorprendido cuando leí el tema de esta semana, "Estar bien". No se me venía a la mente ni una sola canción, pero justo en la mañana mi mamá estaba escuchando la radio y sonó una de esas canciones que escuchaba cuando era chico junto a mi papá. Así que decidí buscar en la colección de CDs de mi viejo y la encontré.

The song is called "Soy Feliz" and is performed by Ismael Rivera and his orchestra Los Cachimbos. It is from the self-titled album that came out in 1975, composed by Javier Vázquez under the Vaya Records label.
