Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you a strong, effective and intense routine to train your shoulders at home.
Éstos ejercicios puedes realizarlos desde casa, agregándole o quitándole más repeticiones o series dependiendo de cómo quieras trabajarlo. Sin más que decir los dejo con la rutina.
This routine is composed of 5 exercises mainly focused on working the shoulders. It is a very effective and quite intense routine that I'm sure will be useful to many.
These exercises can be done at home, adding or subtracting more reps or sets depending on how you want to work it. Without further ado, I leave you with the routine.
