    full deportes, soy ramsses y a continuacion les traere una rutina de plancha para principiantes, aprovechando que estoy retomando los entrenamientos de plancha les traigo esta rutina desde cero.

    Ha sido muy dificil para mi entrenar plancha ya que he tenido lesiones en mis muñecas, gracias a esto les traigo lo que no deben hacer si estan entrenando plancha y lo primero es no calentar las muñecas esto me ha causado mucho dolor ya que las planchas son ejercicios donde se esfuerzan demasiado las muñecas y debemos calentar bien y estirar bien antes de hacer este movimiento, tambien debemos tomar en cuenta hacer ejercicios como lean planche, tuck, entre otros, para asi poder acostumbrar y señalar a nuestras muñecas que haremos este movimiento.
    It has been very difficult for me to train plank since I have had injuries in my wrists, thanks to this I bring you what you should not do if you are training plank and the first thing is not to warm up the wrists this has caused me a lot of pain since the planks are exercises where the wrists are strained too much and we must warm up well and stretch well before doing this movement, we must also take into account doing exercises such as lean planche, tuck, among others, in order to get used to and signal to our wrists that we will do this movement.

    10 repeticiones de tuck normal y haremos 3 series.

    10 repetitions of normal tuck and we will do 3 series.
