Community, I am ramsses and next I will bring you a routine to master our one-handed handstand, as well as we will do exercises to master the normal handstand and these exercises will serve to improve our shoulders.
En esta rutina haremos algunos ejercicios que pueden sobrecargar la muñeca y nuestros hombros si no entrenamos como debe ser ya que todo el peso de nuestro cuerpo cae sobre un solo brazo
para dominar esta trcnica debemos calentar antes y debemos tener la suficiente fuerza para mantenernos a un solo brazo.
In this routine we will do some exercises that can overload the wrist and our shoulders if we do not train as it should be, since all the weight of our body falls on one arm.
To master this technique we must warm up beforehand and we must have enough strength to stand on one arm.
