Community, I am ramsses and next I will bring you a super set routine combined with pull and push, it is without resting since that way we work better on resistance and hypertrophy that will help us increase our muscles.
Lo primero que haremos seran muscle ups, siguiendo con bar dips y luego pull ups, estos 3 ejercicios deben ser en conjunto ya que todo se hara en una sola barra, luego de esto pasaremos a paralelas a hacer fondos y por ultimo haremos australian pull ups, estas las haremos lentas para pegue mas el ejercicio.
The first thing we will do will be muscle ups, followed by bar dips and then pull ups, these 3 exercises must be done together since everything will be done on a single bar, after this we will go to parallel bars to do dips and finally we will do Australian pull ups We will do these slowly to stick more to the exercise.
