En esta ocasión vengo hablarles sobre algo muy importante cuando somos madres por primera vez y tenemos a nuestros bebes en esa etapa de la vida donde están serca de dejar el pecho y la leche materna en esa etapa donde nuestros hijos comienzan a tomar alimentos sólidos.

Hoy vengo a contarles mi experiencia y como ha sido la adaptación de mi hija, a este cambio donde es fundamental entender que cosas podemos administrarles a nuestros hijos y que cosas no, ya que como sabemos en esta corta edad el estomago de nuestros hijos se encuentra teniendo una serie de cambios para aceptar otro tipo de ali poco a poco varios alimentos diferentes.

Para comenzar quiero contarles que mi hija ya cumplió recién 4 meses de edad, y ya comenzamos a darle cosas liquidas, como sopas de verduras licuadas, y uno que otro jugo de frutas, como nuestros pequeños no están acostumbrados a estos alimentos es normal que lo rechacen y muchas veces no les guste y hagan gestos de disgusto.

MI hija en particular le ha costado mucho aceptar estos alimentos, en ocaciones le he administrado agua y no soporta su sabor, y es normal que esto pase ya que es un sabor totalmente nuevo y que les restulta poco atractivo a su paladar.

ya me sucedió algo por el estilo cuando intente suministrarle medicamentos cuando ella se me enfermo de bronquio-litis, aunque al principio como estaba mas pequeña ella al parecer le gustaba estos remedios ya que eran dulces pero al pasar del tiempo los rechazaba también, haciendo gestos de desagrado.

Ahora que comenze a darle comidas como sopitas de verduras ella no las ha aceptado, y esto es algo complicado para una madre como yo que soy primeriza, aunque me han recomendado seguir poco a poco y ella le va ir agarrando el gusto.

MY daughter in particular has had a hard time accepting these foods, on occasions I have given her water and she can't stand its taste, and it is normal for this to happen since it is a totally new flavor and it is unappealing to her palate.

Something similar happened to me when I tried to give her medicine when she got sick with bronchiolitis, although at first, since she was younger, she seemed to like these remedies because they were sweet, but as time went on she also rejected them, making gestures of displeasure.

Now that I started giving her foods like vegetable soups, she hasn't accepted them, and this is somewhat complicated for a new mother like me, although they have recommended that I continue little by little and she's going to get the hang of it.

Algo muy cómico que me sucedió es que le di a probar galleta y esta le gusto mucho algo por lo visto sera una amante a este tipo de galletas, pero no recomiendo darle estas galletas , sol se la puse a probar por que no me quería comer nada nuevo que no sea su tetica.

Últimamente ya me ha aceptado mas el agua algo que me alegra mucho por que ella la botaba apenas la probaba, y ahora la pasa pero en pequeñas cantidades. igual espero que me valla aceptando el resto de las comidas que le voy a ir preparando para que ella comience su cambio de dienta de una vez por todas.

Something very funny that happened to me is that I gave him a cookie to try and he liked it very much, apparently he is a lover of this type of cookie, but I do not recommend giving him these cookies, I just put it to him to try because he did not want to eat me nothing new that is not her breast.

Lately she has accepted my water more, something that makes me very happy because she threw it away as soon as she tasted it, and now she passes it on but in small quantities. I still hope that she will accept the rest of the meals that I am going to prepare for her so that she begins her change of client once and for all.

Eso si he decidido no darle nada dulce por ahora, hasta que ella se le haga su estomago y comience a comer mas cosas, una de las cosas que me mando el doctor fue la leche nam especial ya que ella al parecer la normal no le presta, y no se la he suministrado asi que su gordurita es natural de tanto tomar su tetica, y desde luego de tomarme mis vitaminas , esto es fundamental para que ella siga adquiriendo cuerpo y vitaminas que necesita. aun asi espero que su adaptación a las comidas preparadas sea mas rápido y así ir reduciendole las veces que es alimentada con el pecho.

Conclusiones

Podemos decir que la alimentación de nuestro bebe es importante así como la de la madre pero hay que tener en cuenta que el cambio que tienen ellos cuando tienen pocos meses de nacido es muy lenta, por lo que es necesario que no se le suministre de manera abrupta alimentos sólidos preparados a nuestros hijos sin primero estar bien informados, he escuchado historia de madres que le quitan la teta a sus bebes y deciden administrarle leche completa de vaca u otro alimento que al final del cuento terminan creándole un daço estomacal a nuestros hijos es importante acudir al medico antes de cualquier cambio que vallamos a realizar en la alimentación de nuestros bebes.

Conclusions

We can say that our baby's diet is important as well as that of the mother, but we must bear in mind that the change that they have when they are a few months old is very slow, so it is necessary that they not be supplied in a abruptly preparing solid foods for our children without first being well informed, I have heard stories of mothers who de-breast their babies and decide to administer whole cow's milk or another food that at the end of the story end up causing stomach damage to our children is It is important to go to the doctor before any change that we are going to make in the diet of our babies.
