    Hola mi querida comunidad de @fulldeportes me paseo por aquí para dejarles un contenido a traves de mi canal @threespek, se trata de presentar un entrenamiento que a simple vista se ve sencillo, pero da buenos resultados; iniciando con una serie de movimientos de calentamiento utilizando un palo de cepillo de barrer, en cada ejercicio de calistenia empleo entre 4 y 5 minutos para luego ir a la rutina planeada. Sentadillas en cuclillas sin levantarse, abriendo y cerrando las piernas agachado en la punta de los pies tres series de 15 repeticiones. Luego hago una combinación de sentadillas con rebotes corticos sin levantarme 15 bombeos y luego me quedo de manera estática durante 15 segundos en una misma posición, de igual manera se hacen tres series de 15. Para finalizar, realizo la misma operación en cuanto a series y repeticiones, pero esta vez con sentadillas a los lados 15 para cada pierna en una serie para un total de 90 en ambas piernas. Squats squatting without getting up, opening and closing the legs crouching on the toes three sets of 15 repetitions. Then I do a combination of squats with short bounces without getting up 15 pumps and then stay static for 15 seconds in the same position, likewise three sets of 15. Finally, I perform the same operation in terms of series and repetitions, but this time with squats to the sides 15 for each leg in a series for a total of 90 in both legs.
