Saludos, querida comunidad de Music Zone. Bienvenidos a un nuevo post musical, esta vez para la semana número 37 ronda 1, como pasa el tiempo, cada vez más veloz. Agradecido estoy por este espacio en el cual podemos compartir música, virtudes, pensamientos y sentimientos.

Hoy traigo una canción especial, es una composición de mi padre, no sé si lo sabías por alguno de mis post en el pasado, pero mi padre también es músico y un increíble cantautor, una vez hice un cover de una canción de él para el Pukumundo creo. Mi padre tiene un estilo muy bello y único, bastante parecido al rock argentino, pero también trabaja con fusiones de rock con Bossa Nova y cosas así, esta canción es un perfecto ejemplar de eso. Mi padre solía cantarla mucho en una época en la cual vivimos juntos, era un clásico, la tocábamos juntos y la verdad es que ya me sabía esta canción, solo que la había olvidado un poco a nivel de la letra y unos cambios en los acordes, así que le pedí el favor a mi padre que me la pasara completa para traerla al Music festival. Él actualmente vive en Brasil.

Amada libertad es una canción que, a mi parecer, habla de una persona que fue encarcelada injustamente. Mi padre le dio varias interpretaciones a su canción, la verdad es que la hizo por mera inspiración, él escribió dicha canción hace muchos años, en el año 1995, tal vez con el paso del tiempo, el motivo por el que la hizo fue tomando otras formas. Cómo dije, la verdad es que yo entiendo la letra de esta canción como una persona que fue a la cárcel por un crimen que no cometió, la letra es una dedicación a la libertad que le fue arrebatada a un individuo, y se la ocultaron ante sus propios ojos, por ejemplo, en una frase en la que dice: "Afuera creen algo, que no es cierto", da a entender que fuera de la cárcel creen que él cometió un acto ilícito, lo cual no es cierto.

Today I bring a special song, it is a composition of my father, I don't know if you knew it from some of my posts in the past, but my father is also a musician and an amazing singer-songwriter, I once did a cover of a song of his for Pukumundo I think. My father has a very beautiful and unique style, quite similar to Argentine rock, but he also works with fusions of rock with Bossa Nova and stuff like that, this song is a perfect example of that. My father used to sing it a lot at a time when we lived together, it was a classic, we used to play it together and the truth is that I already knew this song, I had just forgotten it a little bit at the level of the lyrics and some chord changes, so I asked my father to pass it to me in its entirety to bring it to the Music festival. He currently lives in Brazil.

Amada libertad is a song that, in my opinion, talks about a person who was unjustly imprisoned. My father gave several interpretations to his song, the truth is that he did it by mere inspiration, he wrote that song many years ago, in 1995, perhaps with the passage of time, the reason why he did it was taking other forms. As I said, the truth is that I understand the lyrics of this song as a person who went to jail for a crime he did not commit, the lyrics are a dedication to the freedom that was taken away from an individual, and they hid it from him before his very eyes, for example, in a phrase in which he says: "Outside they believe something, which is not true", he implies that outside of jail they believe that he committed an illegal act, which is not true.
