Hola a todos mis amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, espero que todos estén todos con sus familias disfrutando de este último día del año, para mi y para mi familia este es un día super especial, ya que termina un ciclo y comienza otro, para nosotros es una oportunidad especial para dar pasos firmes a las metas y la familia sin duda alguna es un proyecto del más importante para mi, ya que vengo de una familia disfuncional como la mayoría que conozco, pero es un momento de romper el patrón y los promotores de esto son mis hijos y obviamente mi esposa @milagrosmhbl a quién le agradezco de sacar el Grinch que había en mi, enseñarme y recibirme en casa de sus padres como otro más de la familia 😍

Hello to all my friends of this beautiful community, I hope you are all with your families enjoying this last day of the year, for me and my family this is a super special day, as it ends a cycle and begins another, for us it is a special opportunity to take firm steps to the goals and family is undoubtedly a project of the most important for me, since I come from a dysfunctional family like most I know, but it is a time to break the pattern and the promoters of this are my children and obviously my wife @milagrosmhbl who I thank for bringing out the Grinch in me, teach me and welcome me at her parents' house as another one of the family 😍.

Hay algo que aprendí hace 15 añis en una capacitación de liderazgo y es que, los hijos son un proyecto de vida y es real, mis hijos disfrutan su navidad, los regalos, la comida y la música, esto es algo de lo que yo fisfruté muy poco, porque no se hacía en mi casa cuando era niño, pero nunca es tarde para hacer lo que corresponde y creanme que lo veo en los ojos de mis hijos😍 y me encanta, si tu pasaste cosas que no te gustaron mucho desde niño, rompe el patrón, no es una obligación repetir algo que no te gusta, siempre se puede hacer mejor todo, sobretodo cuando inicia el año, es una buena meta, ser y hacer mejor las cosas, sobretodo entender que los retos siempre van a estar y la diferencia la marcamos nosotros, siempre es así, como llega el verano, llegará la primavera siempre, espero que crezcan y se desarrollen en el invierno y disfruten en la primavera 😍 Bendiciones🙏 y feliz año nuevo 2024😍

There is something I learned 15 years ago in a leadership training and is that, children are a life project and it is real, my children enjoy their Christmas, gifts, food and music, this is something that I enjoyed very little, because it was not done in my house when I was a child, but it is never too late to do the right thing and believe me I see it in the eyes of my children😍 and I love it, if you went through things that you did not like much as a child, break the pattern, it is not an obligation to repeat something you do not like, you can always do everything better, especially when the year begins, it is a good goal, to be and do things better, especially to understand that the challenges will always be there and the difference we make, it is always like that, as summer comes, spring will always come, I hope they grow and develop in the winter and enjoy in the spring 😍 Blessings🙏 and happy new year 2024😍.
