BEE FUTBOL Podcast: "Holy Superleague" [EN subtitle]

El 21 de diciembre del 2023, será el día recordado de como el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea (TJUE), falló en contra de FIFA y UEFA, en el caso de la Superliga de Europa; la sentencia dictamina que los entes más importantes del fútbol mundial, no pueden evitar que otros organismos creen nuevos torneos; recordemos que tanto FIFA como UEFA, anteriormente querían por la vía legal expulsar de cualquiera competición a los clubes organizadores, pero que justamente el TJUE también falló contra su denuncia, protegiendo a los dos últimos clubes que se han mantenido firmes desde el principio de este plan que está rondando desde hace más de 23 años.

Desde el anuncio de la Superliga en abril del 2021, existe rechazo por parte de aficionados (más que nada ingleses) y de muchos directivos del fútbol Europeo, en ese momento la persecución que fue víctima ciertos clubes de la Premier League por parte de su ente organizador, así como la Juventus por parte de la misma UEFA, en mi opinión creó un precedente para que el TJUE, fallara a favor de la organización de otros torneos futbolísticos que no estén regidos por UEFA y FIFA, alegando que el monopolio en este hermoso deporte no puede existir y es por eso que posiblemente en un futuro no muy lejano, estaremos siendo testigos de la primera jornada de la Superliga de Europa.
