Rutina de Hombros y Espalda💪🔥🔥 || Shoulders and Back Routine💪🔥🔥 [Esp-Eng]

Que tal amigos de @fulldeportes feliz inicio de una semana maravillosa ay cargada de cosas lindas para todos!! Por acá empezamos la mañana activa, dando el 100% con la mejor actitud!! Hoy les quiero compartir esta rutina de hombros y espalda, como siempre ideal para hacerla desde la casa 🏠!! Esta vez usando mis super pesas de botellas con agua!! Diciéndole no a las excusas!!

Por supuesto desde mi casa, dándole opciones a las que como yo, no pueden ir al gym. Que no les niego que Me sobran ganas de volver al gym, pero no es el momento, así que toca adaptarse y no descuidarme al 100% porque mi tendencia no es de estar flaca jaja 😆 así que toca darle, este mes mucho más disciplinada en alimentación!!

Howdy friends of @fulldeportes happy start of a wonderful week and full of beautiful things for everyone! This way we start the morning active, giving 100% with the best attitude!!! Today I want to share with you this shoulder and back routine, as always ideal to do it from home 🏠!!! This time using my super weights from bottles with water!!!! Saying no to excuses!!!

Of course from my home, giving options to those who like me, can't go to the gym. I do not deny that I want to go back to the gym, but it is not the time, so I have to adapt and not neglect me 100% because my tendency is not to be skinny haha 😆 so I have to give, this month much more disciplined feeding!!!
