I did these exercises yesterday at home. As I don't have 10-15-20-25-30 kg dumbbells, I was looking around the house for something heavy and "comfortable" to carry in order to be able to perform my routine with weight. I didn't want to put on a bag full of other things to generate weight and work with it, as it's not that comfortable for me.
Recordé que en estos días había traído un botellón de agua mineral a casa, y se me generó la siguiente pregunta: “¿Será que puedo trabajar la zona inferior de mi cuerpo con un botellón? 🤔” así que, no lo pensé 2 veces y me llevé el botellón a mi cuarto y empecé a realizar los ejercicios para ver si realmente sería “cómodo”. Como noté que no se me hacía complejo, realicé los ejercicios de esa manera. 💪🏻
I remembered that I had brought a bottle of mineral water home, and I asked myself the question: "Can I work my lower body with a bottle? So, I didn't think twice and took the bottle to my room and started to do the exercises to see if it would really be "comfortable". As I noticed that it didn't feel complex, I did the exercises that way. 💪🏻
Me gustaría que, todo aquel que se anime a realizar esta rutina, la haga con un botellón de agua y me mencione. 🤭💪🏻 Sin más preámbulo, acá les dejo la rutina la cual está conformada con tan solo 4 ejercicios básicos.
I would like everyone who is encouraged to do this routine to do it with a bottle of water and mention me. 🤭💪🏻 Without more to add, here is the routine which is made up of only 4 basic exercises.
EJERCICIO #1: SENTADILLAS (20 Reps x 4 Series) | EXERCISE #1: SQUATS (20 Reps x 4 Sets) |
EJERCICIO #2: ZANCADAS (12 Reps x 4 Series) | EXERCISE #2: LUNGES (12 Reps x 4 Sets) |
EJERCICIO #3: LEVANTAMIENTO DE CADERAS (25 Reps + AGUANTE x 4 series) | EXERCISE #3: HIP THRUST (25 Reps + HOLD x 4 sets) |
EJERCICIO #4: SENTADILLA ESTÁTICA (1 min x 4 Series) | EXERCISE #4: STATIC SQUAT (1 min x 4 Sets) |
