My friends, being at home it's impossible not to take advantage of the stove and make the peeled corn arepas by the heat of the embers.
That's why today I show you how I prepare them in a very traditional way for the enjoyment of a good breakfast, dinner or even lunch. The arepa is by excellence the most common dish on the Venezuelan table, this can be tasted with many accompaniments.
Today I had them with a mix of sardine, avocado, spicy and a slice of mortadella. Delicious 😋 it's a simple dish, but delicious 😋 enough to say, the heat making these arepas was not easy at all hahaha
Have you had the opportunity to make these arepas this way?
