¿Evitas complicarte la vida? (Esp/Eng) Subtitled

Saludos cordiales esperando se encuentren muy bien. Como de costumbre, muy grato volver a subir contenido a esta bonita comunidad de @espavlog. Hoy nuevamente les traigo mi entrega semanal de podcast donde siempre trato de resaltar temas de crecimiento personal y valores humanos.

Básicamente la temática de hoy gira alrededor de las complicaciones que suelen estar presentes en nosotros y que muchas veces nos enredan la vida. Entendiendo que el listado seria enorme, hoy solo hablare de 3 circunstancias muy del día a día que son bastante frecuentes.

La primera que toco tiene que ver con el sobre pensar o sobre analizar todo de una manera desequilibrada, entendiendo que suele hacernos postergar las cosas y nos neutralizan muchas veces. Por eso siempre es oportuno romper con esta tendencia a un grado razonable con la acción inmediata, solo así encontraremos resultados oportunos.

Una segunda manera en que nos complicamos es cuando decimos que si y no debemos hacerlo, también ocurre en caso contrario, el resultado se deja ver en malas decisiones por siempre pensar en el que dirán o no quedar mal. Siempre asumir nuestras decisiones con responsabilidad es lo mas sensato para todos.

Por ultimo toque el aspecto de vivir en el futuro o en el pasado pensando en lo que será o pudo ser. Del mismo modo esto nos complica la vida ya que no nos deja ver el presente y todo lo bueno que podemos llegar a tener y aprovechar.

Dejo una buena reflexión para todos, cuando destaco que somos valiosos y que debemos anclarnos al presente y entender que con esfuerzo y dedicación podemos superar cualquier complicación que se pueda presentar lo que incluye la que nosotros mismos generamos.

Basically today's theme revolves around the complications that are usually present in us and that often entangle our lives. Understanding that the list would be enormous, today I will only talk about 3 very common day to day circumstances that are quite frequent.

The first one I touch on has to do with overthinking or overanalyzing everything in an unbalanced way, understanding that it tends to make us postpone things and neutralize us many times. That is why it is always appropriate to break this tendency to a reasonable degree with immediate action, only then we will find timely results.

A second way in which we complicate ourselves is when we say yes and we should not do it, it also happens in the opposite case, the result is seen in bad decisions by always thinking about what people will say or not to look bad. Always assume our decisions with responsibility is the most sensible thing for everyone.

Lastly, I touch on the aspect of living in the future or in the past thinking about what will or could have been. In the same way this complicates our life because it does not let us see the present and all the good things we can have and take advantage of.

I leave a good reflection for everyone, when I emphasize that we are valuable and that we must anchor ourselves to the present and understand that with effort and dedication we can overcome any complication that may arise, including those that we ourselves generate.
