El día de hoy te mostraré una rutina de hombros en 3 minutos. Es importante hacer este tipo de entrenamiento como te muestro (en forma de circuito) para desarrollar más fuerza que es lo que se busca con este tipo de entrenamiento.
Today I will show you a shoulder routine in 3 minutes. It is important to do this type of training as I show you (in circuit form) to develop more strength, which is what is sought with this type of training.
Esto lo vamos a realizar en forma de circuito con el mejor descanso posible entre ejercicios y descansar solo 2 minutos entre serie (la idea es hacer de 4-5 series del circuito). Si tu objetivo es ganar masa muscular te recomiendo hacer los mismos ejercicios pero por separado, agregando series y repeticiones para cada ejercicio ya que es mucho más efectivo para hipertrofia.
We are going to do this in circuit form with the best possible rest between exercises and resting only 2 minutes between sets (the idea is to do 4-5 sets of the circuit). If your goal is to gain muscle mass, I recommend doing the same exercises but separately, adding sets and repetitions for each exercise since it is much more effective for hypertrophy.
