¡Hola amigos de Hive y atletas de SWC! Hoy les compartiré un video sobre mi progreso en habilidades de empuje, que entrene la noche anterior!
Hello friends of Hive and SWC athletes! Today I will share with you a video about my progress in pushing skills, which I trained last night!

Ayer tuve que entrenar de noche porque el clima no cooperó, pero igual entrené, ayer entrené flexiones donde he estado practicando handstand push ups pero de manera más profunda para dominarlas, así como rechazos de 90 grados e intentos de plancha, y como siempre, sus respectivos básicos para fortalecer el cuerpo.
Yesterday I had to train at night because the weather did not cooperate, but I still trained, I trained push ups yesterday where I have been practicing handstand push ups but in a deeper way to master them, as well as 90 degree refusals and plancha attempts, and as always, their respective basics to strengthen the body.
Poco a poco se van haciendo progresos en mi área favorita de este bello deporte, no puedo estar más contento.
