Body Flow Series No. 33 : Splitty Pole Routine
Today was one of those days that I did not feel like training - We always have that. This is why it is important to decide to commit to something or to establish a habit/routine in something you want to achieve long term. For me, I want to build my strength and get better at pole. Today I was not in the mood and wasn't even as motivated as usual to train. However, since I have already decided this day as training day and have convinced myself to commit to it, then I did.
o lazy to do so.
The routine has a lot of splitty moves and as you can see in the thumbnail of this video, I was not able to hold a straight split. This was the consequence of my tight hamstring and the lack of warm up- because I was too lazy and was thinking on that morning to skip training. I was proud of myself though to still manage to do that pull up at the very beginning and finish it off with a nice set of combo of tricks that I have learned years ago.
