¡Hola amigos de Hive y atletas de SWC! Hoy les compartiré un video de mi entrenamiento donde entrene de nuevo en concordia, ya que le agarre un poco de cariño a la barra de la plaza
Hello friends of Hive and SWC athletes! Today I will share with you a video of my training where I trained again in Concordia, since I got a little bit fond of the bar in the plaza.

Fui a la plaza al rededor de las 6pm a entrenar free y empuje, practique algunos combos del día anterior aparte del disloque 360, que lo recupere y logre combear a pesar de haberme golpeado con una barra jajaja, fue un entrenamiento divertido, trate a dos personas que les gustó lo que estaba entrenando y les explique un poco sobre la calistenia e hicieron fondos conmigo, fue un entrenamiento bastante liberador
I went to the plaza at around 6pm to train free and push, I practiced some combos from the day before apart from the 360 dislodge, which I recovered and managed to fight despite having hit me with a bar hahaha, it was a fun workout, I treated two people who liked what I was training and I explained a little about calisthenics and did bottoms with me, it was a pretty liberating workout.
Poco a poco voy combeando más trucos y aumentando mi nivel, espero poder seguir mejorando y haciendo que más personas vean este deporte que tanto amo !
