Espero se encuentren muy bien este nuevo día, les vengo a traer un circuito para fortalecer nuestra zona abdominal, la cual es bastante importante mejorar para diversos ejercicios que aunque no crean que algunos ejercicios no ejercitan esa zona muchas veces es hasta la que más trabaja, debemos tener en cuenta fortalecer cada músculo de nuestro cuerpo para que así nuestro progreso sea constante y fuerte, hice una edición con los ejercicios y su ejecución conjuntamente con las repeticiones a realizar, espero les guste.
