    Este es mi tercer post sobre ejercicio de abdomen, estoy llevando una línea de ejercicio dándole variaciones para trabajar la zona abdominal.
    This is my third post about abdominal exercise, I'm taking a line of exercise giving you variations to work the abdominal area.

    Me he tomado el gusto de hacer una tercera parte de este tipo de entrenamiento, ya que es un músculos que permite el equilibrio y la estabilidad corporal. El trabajar la zona media nos genera como resultado que necesitamos para el progreso de algún movimiento isométrico, sea plancha o Handstand.
    I have taken the pleasure of doing a third part of this type of training, since it is a muscle that allows balance and body stability. Working the middle zone generates as a result we need for the progress of some isometric movement, be it plank or Handstand.
