How to build Sirsasana, headstand
Hola a todos!! Espero que estén teniendo un hermoso día!! En este video les explico cómo armar la postura de Siesasana (también conocida como paro de cabeza). Les recomiendo que presten atención al video, sobre todo a la primera parte.

Hello everybody!! I hope you are having a wonderful day. Sadly the video of this post is in Spanish only, but for building the headstand, you need first be sure that you don't have any injuries in your neck (or the cervical spine).
Second, you should be an intermediate or advanced Yoga practitioner to go to Sirsasana.
Third, listen to your body and build the posture until where you feel that you are working and until you feel confident. Then, with patience and practice, you'll be able to manage this posture.
How to do it?
As the video is in Spanish, I will list here the step by step in English:
1 - Place your forearms in the floor and grab your elbow.
2 - Interlease your fingers and place the top of your head in the floor, between your hands.
3 - Raise your hips and start walking with your tippy toes to your head. Try to place your hips alined with your shoulders.
4 - Flex one leg and bring your thingh to the chest, and then the other one.
5 - Slowly, extend your legs to the sky
6 - Undo the posture slowly
7 - Child pose
