Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes uno de mis últimos días de preparación antes de competir.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you one of my last days of preparation before competing.

Últimamente, he tenido muchos inconvenientes para entrenar como por ejemplo resfriados, dolores de oído, pero de igual manera busco la forma de entrenar siempre y cuando no me sobre pase para no empeorar, ya me siento mucho mejor y poco a poco estoy aumentando la intensidad del entrenamiento me siento pleno, fuerte, motivado, con muchas ganas de competir y demostrar lo que puedo hacer.
Lately, I have had many inconveniences to train such as colds, ear aches, but I still look for ways to train as long as I do not overdo it so as not to get worse, I feel much better and little by little I am increasing the intensity of training I feel full, strong, motivated, eager to compete and show what I can do.
Este 21 de octubre se llevará a cabo la competencia nacional legensdofthebars en la ciudad de Maracay, dónde estarán atletas dispuestos a ganarse el título del mejor y los mejores del País.
This October 21 will be held the national competition legensdofthebars in the city of Maracay, where athletes will be ready to win the title of the best and the best of the country.
Yo voy con la intención de demostrar lo que puedo hacer, pero no voy a ir a ganarle a nadie, solo quiero sentirme bien conmigo mismo, ojalá Dios me ayude a demostrar todo mi potencial.
I'm going with the intention of showing what I can do, but I'm not going to beat anyone, I just want to feel good about myself, hopefully God will help me to show my full potential.
