    Feliz inicio de semana amigos, les mando un saludo a todos y espero que estén super bien, ya comenzando una gran semana les quiero compartir una excelente rutina para todos los que están iniciando o retomando sus entrenamientos, por eso les dejaré los movimientos a realizar y las repeticiones, así que si no has comenzado a entrenar, este es el momento💪😁

    Con esta rutina puedes empezar tus entrenamientos y como siempre recomiendo, cada entrenamiento si es fuerte o no, tienes que hacerlo a tu nivel, es decir tienes que darle prioridad a la técnica sin importar cuánto tardes, lo importante es que lo hagas, no se trata de impresionar a nadie, sino de progresar💪

    Las repeticiones están diseñadas para ir en aumento desde 10-15-20 y luego vamos de bajada 15-10 y listo, terminas tu rutina completa, son 5 rutinas con diferente numero de repeticiones para estimular los músculos, por eso van en aumento y luego en bajada, recuerda que siempre debes ir a tu ritmo🙌🔥
