Greetings dear friends of the community SWC. In this opportunity I will share with you a scapular activation exercise routine.
Estoy enfocando en mejorar la postura de la plancha y por eso estoy decidido a hacer este tipo de ejercicio para poder mejorar, ganar fuerza en las escápulas, toda la espalda, desde los dorsales y el lumbar.
I am focusing on improving my plank posture and that is why I am determined to do this type of exercise in order to improve, gain strength in the scapulae, the whole back, from the dorsals and lumbar.
Poco a poco estoy mejorando para poder competir al máximo nivel, voy a estar más activos con los básicos para el volumen de mis músculos.
Little by little I am improving to be able to compete at the highest level, I am going to be more active with the basics for the volume of my muscles.
