Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes mi entrenamiento después de dos días de descanso.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC, in this opportunity I will share with you my training after two days of rest.

Cómo de costumbre empezamos entrenando en el parque que está ubicado al frente del hospital central de San Fernando de Apure, H.P.A.O, después de hacer estilo libre fuimos al otro parque ubicado cerca de la estatua San Fernando.
As usual we started training in the park located in front of the central hospital of San Fernando de Apure, H.P.A.O., after freestyle we went to the other park located near the statue of San Fernando.
Pude compartir este día de entrenamiento con; @bertnez, @alexdro-sw, @arreaza-sw, @jsanuelswc y Omaribys Castillo.
I was able to share this training day with; @bertnez, @alexdro-sw, @arreaza-sw, @jsanuelswc and Omaribys Castillo.
La verdad no me recupere al 100% ya que tenía mucha sobrecarga muscular pero se que cuando descanse bien voy a progresar mucho.
The truth is that I did not recover 100% because I had a lot of muscle overload but I know that when I rest well I will make a lot of progress.
