Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, hoy les traigo una rutina de abdominales
Antes de comenzar con esta rutina recuerda hacer un buen calentamiento para no tener molestias o lesiones durante el entrenamiento.
esta rutina nos ayudaran a definir nuestros abdominales y tener un buen fisico, tambien nos sirve para agarrar una fuerza para dominar varios ejercicios, como pueden ser basicos de calistenia o ejercicios de tensión.
A continuacion mostrare los ejercicios.

Before starting this routine, remember to warm up well to avoid discomfort or injury during training.
This routine will help us define our abs and have a good physique, it also helps us to gain strength to master various exercises, such as basic calisthenics or tension exercises.
Next I will show the exercises.
Vuelta al mundo. 4 series / 5 reps
Leg raises. 4 series / 10 reps
Subida de rodillas laterales. 4 series / 10 reps
Subida de rodillas al pecho. 4 series / 15 reps
L sit raises. 4 series / 12 reps
L sit. 4 series / 10 segundos.
Around the World. 4 sets / 5 reps
Leg raises. 4 sets / 10 reps
Side knee raise. 4 sets / 10 reps
Knees to chest rise. 4 sets / 15 reps
He sits up. 4 sets / 12 reps
He sat. 4 series / 10 seconds.
