@jesusaguilarvz Here I leave you some series of exercises that I am doing to get my I-sit, it is a static that I like a lot, but sometimes I am a bit lazy to train it, but this time I I decided to take it out as such, I still have a lot to improve and especially the strength of my abdomen, I hope with this post I can continue training and achieve it, let's go with everything!.
¡Partiendo de que ya tengo algo de fuerza para el V-sit, y aun que no está del todo bien iré hacienda estas series de ejercicio que dejare a continuación, el V-sit y el I-sit son ejercicio que requiere una fuerza brutal de abdomen, aunque se trabaja el tríceps la fuerza que se tiene que hacer con el abdomen para tener la pierna pegada al cuerpo, soy algo débil en esa zona! Pero bueno mi flexibilidad es un punto calve y de allí partiremos.
Starting from the fact that I already have some strength for the V-sit, and even though it is not quite right, I will do these series of exercises that I will leave next, the V-sit and the I-sit are exercises that require brutal strength! of abdomen, although the triceps is worked the force that has to be done with the abdomen to have the leg attached to the body, I am somewhat weak in that area! But well, my flexibility is a key point and we will start from there.
